Weekly Classes
Our weekly Qigong classes offer a steady, supportive way to restore energy, improve mobility, and bring balance into your everyday life. Each class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretching with seasonal themes that support the organs and emotions of the current Five Element cycle. Whether we are nourishing the Kidneys in winter, opening the Lungs in autumn, grounding the Spleen in late summer, or awakening the Liver in spring, every class provides practical tools to help your body feel stronger, your mind calmer, and your energy more harmonious.

Classes include foundational Qigong forms, simple Tai Chi exercises for balance and stability, and meditative practices that reduce stress and improve overall well-being. Students of all ages and experience levels are welcome—movements are accessible, low-impact, and adaptable for any body. These weekly sessions serve as an anchor: a place to reconnect, recharge, and cultivate the longevity practices that Qigong is known for.

Current Class Schedule:
Each season marks the start of a new session, and we welcome students to join at the beginning so the group can learn the forms together, build consistency and grow as a community. This structure minimizes disruptions, supports deeper learning and allows everyone to progress with confidence. Beginners are always welcome- each session introduces new material that benefits both new and returning students. Any missed classes may be made up during the same session to ensure continuity in your practice by attending a class at one of our other locations. Private sessions may be available if a participant would like to join late, at Christi's discretion.
