Self-Mastery Program
The QiRoots Self-Mastery Program is a deep, immersive year-long training program designed to guide students through all 5 seasons and elements of Qigong-Spring (Wood), Early Summer (Fire), Late Summer (Earth), Autumn (Metal) and Winter (Water). This program is for individuals who want more than a single workshop or weekly classes; it is for those who feel called to truly live Qigong as a daily practice, a healing path, and a way of reconnecting to their true nature.

Over the course of the year, students explore how each season influences the body, mind, emotions and spirit, learning to harmonize with nature's rhythms instead of pushing against them. Each module builds on the one before, creating a layered understanding of energy flow, longevity practices, internal awareness, and personal transformation.

1. Five Seasonal Weekend Retreats (One for Each Element)
