200-Hour Teacher Training
The QiRoots 200-Hour Teacher Training is a comprehensive, lineage-based program designed for students who feel called to deepen their practice, understand the art and science of Qigong, and share this ancient healing system with others. Rooted in Christi's training with Grandmaster Michael Leone and the Zen Wellness curriculum, this program provides a strong, structured foundation in the Five Elements, organ systems, breathwork, energy anatomy, seasonal theory, and practical teaching skills.
This training prepares students not only to lead classes with confidence, but to embody Qigong as a personal discipline, lifestyle, and ongoing path of self-cultivation.

What Makes This Training Unique
This is not a quick certification—it is a thorough and transformative immersion in the principles of longevity, energy balance, and mindful movement. Students learn a complete system that integrates:
~seasonal Qigong practices
~meditation and breathwork
~Qigong fundamentals
~Chinese medical theory
~meridian and organ energetics
~internal alignment and postural correction
~philosophy and self-mastery
~real teaching experience and feedback
Everything is taught in a way that is approachable, grounded, and immediately usable—even for those who have never taught movement before.
